Hey guys, before I get to the awesome that is the Adama tags, first I want to let you know we are still apparently having a few email glitches, so if your responses are slow that’s why. You all know I love chatting with you so dont think I’m ignoring you! We are working on it but please be patient, we are working on it! In other news, our store will be online in a few hours! Damian: Our jobs are really tough… no really they are. We get up at the crack of dawn to sit in military trucks with black bags over our heads and are driven hundreds of miles to a hidden undisclosed location. There we are unloaded and marched single file deep underground where we are put through a battery of security screenings! And for what you ask?
To work in the greatest place on Earth filled with EVERYTHING from the Battlestar Galactica series. There are Vipers and Raptors in one corner, Cylons and Six’s in another. Pyramid games are always going on in the pyramid court. I tell you there are portions of this complex that are filled hip deep in Cubits! Probably the coolest job ever.
Today I came across a treasure… I have to say, one of the coolest things going out this week. Admiral Adama’s Hero Metal Dog Tags. One set of “HERO” metal dog tags on a brass ball chain worn by Admiral William Adama. The serial number and Colonial Phoenix emblem are etched on both tags. Adama is by far one of my favorite characters from any Sci-fi series and to own the dog tags he wore throughout the series would be downright awesome! I am sure these will start an eBay bidding war, and seeing as I am short a few cubits… anyone know how much a kidney goes for on the Cylon black market?Erin: I’m sure your right Damian, I think these are a hot item that everyone wants! Unlike certain characters Admiral Adama didn’t have many sets of tags, so I this is going to be a prized piece. Good luck to you guys out there bidding and congratulations to whomever wins!
